This policy explains how payments, deposits, cancellations, and service concerns are handled by Solution of Houses, Handyman LLC.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of review. Final pricing may change if the scope changes, hidden damage is discovered, materials change, or additional work is requested.

Deposits and Materials

Deposits may be required for scheduling, special-order materials, or larger projects. Deposits used to purchase materials or reserve labor may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun.

Completed Work

Payments for completed labor are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern about completed work, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine a reasonable correction when appropriate.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or delays caused by unavailable access may result in a service or trip charge.

Materials Provided by Customer

We are not responsible for defects, missing parts, manufacturer issues, or warranty limitations for customer-supplied materials, fixtures, or products.
