Scope of Services

Solution of Houses, Handyman LLC provides handyman, home repair, maintenance, installation, and improvement services. Work is limited to the agreed scope described in the estimate, invoice, text, email, or written service agreement.

Licensed or Permit-Required Work

Some plumbing, electrical, structural, roofing, HVAC, gas, or permit-required work may require a licensed specialty contractor or government approval. We reserve the right to decline work outside our allowed scope or recommend the proper licensed professional.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, safe access, and permission to work at the property.
• Remove fragile or valuable items from the work area before service begins.
• Disclose known hazards, leaks, electrical issues, mold, pests, or unsafe conditions.

Estimates, Payments, and Changes

Estimates are not final contracts until accepted. Additional work, hidden damage, special materials, or changed conditions may require revised pricing. Payment is due according to the invoice or agreed payment schedule.

Limitations

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, manufacturer defects, customer-supplied product failures, or delays caused by weather, unavailable materials, unavailable access, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
